Individual Therapy
Loving yourself is radical.
For many adults the development of self-esteem, self-trust, and self-compassion was injured or delayed early on due to a lack of safety and continuity with their primary care takers. The quality of your relationship to yourself, your loved ones, and community is integral to feeling alive
I have expertise and training in working with the following mental health disorders and life experiences:
Anxiety and Panic Disorder
Depression and other Mood Disorders
Pregnancy loss: abortion, miscarriage, and family planning resolution between couples
Major Life Transitions
Heartbreak, Separation, and Divorce
Grief: parent loss, pregnancy loss, and the grief of disconnection
My Approach
