Polarity is part of the process.

Feelings of loss, anxiety, uncertainty, sadness, or disappointment is not proof that your abortion was wrong. Experiencing complex emotions, even opposing emotions, is very common after abortion. Learning how to hold them and give them space is one remedy.

An abortion can touch numerous areas of your life including relationships, family history, trauma history, finances, career and/or educational goals, housing, and the foundation of your relationship to your body. Just to name a few. If you are having a challenging time after one or multiple abortions I am here to help guide you back toward ease, trust, compassion, and acceptance.
